What can I expect?
Typically, there is some hesitation prior to beginning a therapeutic relationship. Do I really want to get into all my baggage with a stranger? Won't she just judge me and my family? Other people have much worse problems; it's not that bad.
My answer to those concerns is this:
You already possess all the wisdom and knowledge to live your best life.
Sometimes it just takes a little support to head in the right direction.
I would be honored to come alongside you and your family to encourage and
empower you to creative a life you love.

New Client Information
Contact Information:

I am accepting new clients at this time, depending on acuity, insurance and availability.

For children younger than 12, I prefer to meet with their parents/guardians first to gain a sense of the dynamics that bring their child into therapy. This allows us to have an honest discussion about symptoms, difficulties, and goals for treatment. Additionally, you'll get a sense of my style, before your child meets me.
Adolescents should attend with their parent/guardian for the first appointment. We will discuss the role of parents in therapy including privacy, confidentiality and acceptable disclosure.
Adults may bring a family member or friend to their first appointment, but you'll need to sign a release of information for that person to stay. All adults are required to sign a release with permission to contact a friend or family member in the event of an emergency.

My office hours are Monday-Thursday 9-3 PM.

I am currently in-network with Anthem BC/BS, but can provide super bills for out of net-work-reimbursement.
